Every year, management meet to vote for the year's Burgerism hall of fame winner. The grand prize is then awarded at our annual awards ceremony!

Top Eats Award Prizes

We reward our team for getting Uber Top Eats! The Gatley team had a shipment of Gooey cookies for their recent prize!

Caught Doing Good Monthly Winners

We have a monthly Caught Doing Good award which is voted for by our Team. This is a person who has stood out above all the rest for the whole month!

Seasonal Socials

We have 2 social events for the team throughout the year, from go-karts to laser tag, and of course our festive Xmas party! There's something for everyone to enjoy.

We offer 31 days of holiday for all of out managers (incl. UK Bank Holiday Allowance).

All of our store managers and support office go out each quarter for dinner and drinks. It's a great time to blow off steam, but also allows us to build a great relationship with each other.

At Burgerism, we empower our managers to create their own rotas, allowing you to enjoy flexibility in your workdays. This autonomy enables you to create a schedule that suits your needs outside of work.

Training & Development

We host quarterly manager's workshops that range from behavioural skills to our systems. These workshops are not only educational, but also allow our managerial team to get together and have a good chat about the job.
